TOURNAMENT ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE

The following is a list of hotels all within a 5 - 20 minute drive of the arena. You are responsible to phone the hotel of your choice and make whatever accommodation arrangements you wish for your team. Please be sure to book your rooms prior to the deadline indicated for each property. The special rate is available until that date only.

The Hilton Vancouver Metrotown is the official Tournament hotel. This property is about 10 minutes from the arena and has a multitude of other activities and facilities such as Metrotown Mall and Playdium within walking distance. The Hilton property was a big supporter of our event last year as well as female hockey. They are working hard to offer the tournament teams good value for their dollar. Please support their efforts.

The listed hotels are also very good supporters of female hockey as well as being clean high quality facilities that offer a variety of services to help make your stay a pleasant one. All properties have been visited by the tournament committee and were felt to be very top rate properties.

There are a number of other hotels in the area but the ones listed have been toured by the committee and are of good standard and excellent value for the rate quoted. They have also been good supporters of female hockey in past. Car Rental Agencies:
We are currently working with three local agencies to try and secure special rates for van rentals during the event. If vehicle rental is a requirement please make your own arrangements at this time. We will update our website and let you know who we have been able to get special rates with when that info becomes available. We are trying to work with Budget, National and Thrifty car rental agencies.
