- Adult Only - This day program is offered to adult women of any skill level. Instruction is aimed at developing skills such as puck handling skills, shooting techniques, skating efficiency as well as offensive/defensive team strategies.
- 3 hours of on ice instruction daily
- Power skating, Puck handling, shooting and offensive defensive strategies
- 1.5 hours off ice fitness/ skill development
- Video analysis
- Chalk talks
In the event that any class is not at a viable capacity, CIFHS reserves the
right to join the classes in order to continue with the program. Every effort
will be made to ensure that participants are placed in the appropriate class
based on the present skill level.
